Check VCC_1.8V_LCD =

1.8V(C707)

Step 5

Check ELVDD_4.6V =

4.6V(C751), ELVSS_-4.4V = -

-1.4~-4.4V(C746)

Resoldering L707, L712

Resoldering U707

Step 6

Replace LCD
